You don't have permission to access /checkout/order-received/

    Hello there,

    I have configured everything according to the woocommerce guide on paypal standard configuration in both paypal and woocommerce. But the buyer always always get: “You don’t have permission to access /checkout/order-received/xxxx on this server.”

    It once worked a week ago. And I just don’t know where went wrong. I tried to disable all other plugins. I have verified that the page https://mysite/checkout/order-received exist. The payment can go through. all other things are normal. What could be wrong?

    Below is my WC status. This has spent me a week. Just could not figure out what is wrong. Would really appreciate someone can help me out.

    And the return URL i configured in paypal standard business is: https://enjoynordic.com/checkout/order-received/.

    Anyone have similar problem?

    All In One WP Security affecting it?

    Yes, I can access https://enjoynordic.com/checkout/order-received/
    But I do have All In One Security active. I will check that one. Thank you Mike!

    Hello Mike,

    It was caused exactly by All In One WP Security as you said.
    And it is not enough to just deactive All In One. I had to deactive it then deactive woocommerce, then active woocommerce, then active All In One. Then it works.

    Hello Annie Liu,

    Thanks for your great hint. I faced the same issue and done some research. Apparently this malfunction was caused by the 5G Firewall Protection rule.

    To solve this issue go to WP Security ? Firewall ? 6G Firewall Protection Rules and leave the checkbox Enable legacy 5G Firewall Protection unchecked. All other firewall settings may remain untouched. ??
