You don’t have permission to access /test/ on this server

What are you trying to access in the test folder?

It appears to be a permissions problem with /test/index.php as:
https://www.hiking-boots.org.uk/test 403
https://www.hiking-boots.org.uk/test/index.php 403
https://www.hiking-boots.org.uk/test/index.html 404 in a nice WordPress theme
https://www.hiking-boots.org.uk/test/index.htm same 404

Shall I CHMOD 777 this directory -you think cheers?

What is the

/httpdocs/test folder one of my sites has it others dont any ideas how do I remove it? is it required?

May of been a conflict – think we might be ok now – I had a test page in trash – recovered and then deleted completely.

Also I had merged the http docs and the https folders when doing an FTp back up.
