  • Hello Fabrice,

    It seems like upload folder permission issue but let’s confirm that first. Are you able to upload the media files from the backend using the vendor role, if yes then it isn’t a permission issue rather it’s conflict either with the theme or any other plugin.

    In case you aren’t able to upload even from backend then you need to check the permission level for the uploads folder. Depending on your server configuration, the permission should either be 755 or 777.
