I just updated to version 2.4 and no longer able to download/insert Pixabay images into my posts.

I get the following message:

“You don’t have permission to edit this post”

I’m logged in as an admin and am able to edit posts just fine – with the exception of Pixabay.

Fingers crossed this is an easy fix.

When I change language English to Japanese it show same problem after pressing “Sent as awaiting review” And I can’t see “Publish”, “post” and “page” editor.

I’m seeing the issue as well. I just took the maintenance update for WP 4.2.3 and afterward Pixabay would not showing any images when I searched. I updated Pixabay to the latest version 2.10 and now I’m getting this error consistently when I try to insert an image through Pixabay. I am able to save other types of changes without problem so the issue appears to be with the plugin.

Same problem here. WordPress 4.2.3 and Pixabay Images 2.11. Site ist SSL-protected.

Apparently fixing things for one group, breaks them for others. Well, there’s a new solution in version 2.12, which seems to be a best practice for the problem. Hope that’ll do the trick.
