• This is a very badly created plugin. It is extremely difficult and time consuming to set up. The documentation is almost completely useless. Everything is full of English mistakes and the support team is not very good at answering your questions. The layout makes no sense. To add an assignment, lesson or quiz to a course you must create them independently of the course then search and add them to the course. Everything requires add-ons in the pro version. The UX experience for the students is awful as well. When you try to purchase a course it asks you to login instead of going to a woocommerce checkout. There refund policy doesn’t give you nearly enough time to set it up and use it before realising it’s not a good plugin. It also states that if you are unhappy with the quality of the product that isn’t a reason for a refund.
Highly suggest LearnDash or ANY other LMS system than this one.

  • Hi,

    Thank you for your review!

Please be informed that there is no need to create lessons, quizzes, or assignments separately and after that connect them with the course, this is just an additional feature that you can connect the existing lesson with the new course using the search option, moreover, if you have a Pro license – you have a Frontend Course Builder, where you can create courses in one place. For more, please check
    https://docs.stylemixthemes.com/masterstudy-lms/getting-started/how-to-add-a-course

If you need your visitors to go through the checkout process before registration – you just need to enable guest checkout under MasterStudy LMS Settings > General

We provide a refund in a 14-day period starting from the purchase date. If you have any support requests please submit a ticket on https://support.stylemixthemes.com/tickets/new/support?item_id=26 we will check the issues you have. Also could you please share your support ticket IDs so we could investigate your case more accurately?

    Kind regards,
