We recently rolled out changes to Jetpack sharing functionality (now under Jetpack Social). We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause.
Jetpack’s social auto-sharing feature, formerly known as Publicize, has been free since it was first released 10 years ago. During that time, it rarely received any significant updates, and the features that have been added were only available with a paid plan.
With over 1 million posts shared per day, we’re excited to start giving our sharing feature the time it deserves. We now have a dedicated team working full-time to take auto-sharing to the next level, along with several other planned features, collectively known as Jetpack Social.
If you’re a casual user, you can continue to make up to 30 social shares per month for free, and you will also have free access to the social previews and (from November) re-sharing features, which have previously only been available with a paid plan.
