  • Hello @yano23

    Can you send more details?
Otherwise, specific help as to why the blocking occurred is impossible.

Hi @wp-henne , This plugin was causing Cloudflare to generate that blocking specifically on Safari. I do not have that website’s Clouflare account, so I cannot check more unfortunately.

    Thanks you

@yano23, yeah sounds like a Cloudflare related issue. Also, are you running any page cache plugins on site?

Hi @specialk , no cache plugin and AFAIK server-side caching is disabled, but I don’t know if CF is doing some. I don’t manage the server. What I manage is a blog inside this big ecommerce website installed in a subdirectory. So it’s not a normal scenario.

    Thanks for your help!

Yeah it sounds like the Cloudflare setup is preventing the plugin from working properly. Just can’t work with any type of page caching enabled. So best to leave deactivated for now. Let me know if any further/related infos, glad to help anytime.

Jeff, sorry, what do you mean with ”?Just can’t work with any type of page caching enabled”. The plugin doesn’t work well when there’s some caching?

    Thanks

Correct. This is explained on the plugin homepage, installation docs, readme.txt, plugin settings, Help tab, and elsewhere.

    Thank you Jeff. Best.
