You have been billing me fraudulently

I have attempted to contact wp commerce numerous times as they are billing me fraudulently.
In October 2018 I paid for 30 days ‘premium’ support. I received a three replies in total (one of which was simply the following: “That’s us! Can you tell me about the issue you’re having? I’m more than happy to help”) and then they stopped responding to me.
They then continued to bill me $49 USD every month despite me attempting to contact them numerous times. This appears to be the only place that they are appearing.
DO NOT PAY THEM ANY MONEY!
