“You have consumed all your date” Nope!

I’m on a growth plan. I have just tried to upload a new image and have been told I have consumed all my data (500Mb). Logging into the Imagify account tells me the same thing.
During March I have only uploaded 6 images totalling less than 100Kb and 17 pdfs which Imagify cannot optimize. I don’t normally come anywhere close to the data limit.
Is this a glitch?
I couldn’t find a contact point on your website anywhere. Hence the public forum.
