You have included the Google Maps API multiple times on this page

Thanks for contacting us. The issue is most likely there because another plugin/theme on your website also includes Google Maps API. I have committed a quick fix here https://plugins.svn.www.ads-software.com/simple-pins-for-google-maps/trunk/GoogleMapsSimplePins.php. Please download the modified file and replace it via ftp. Let me know it this works for you.

Hi again, that was quick. I replaced the file and it worked. I believe it is my Divi theme that also includes Google Maps API, but great that you fixed it.
