You have not yet connected Keyy to this website
-
The subject says it all, pretty much. Created a Keyy account and verified it. Installed Keyy on my website and activated it, then scanned the QR Code with the app on my iPhone8+, and got all of the requisite messages about adding the site, which also now showed up online in my Keyy account:
https://www.edrotberg.org/new-gallery/index.php?rest_route=/ - login: <em>***********</em> A site added by the user via a QR code scan
(I have since removed the site from my Keyy account and deactivated the plugin)
Being the skeptic that I am, while I was logged into my site’s admin panel with the Chrome browser, I tried to log in via the Safari browser. At this point I get a message that the Keyy app is not connected to this site.
What did I do wrong? I see no sense in paying for the Premium version if the free version is this difficult to set up. And I’m not a dummy. I reset and tried the above numerous times. I am a retired software engineer with over 40 years experience. Either there are bugs lurking here, or the installation/setup is FAR from intuitive, and I can’t figure out something that should be obvious.
Disappointedly yours,
