That means the tokens are not being passed to stripe plugin within process_payment function can u use it on default theme twentyfifteen and let me know if it works on it or not

@vkhanson did you tried on default twentyfifteen theme with all 3 card no card cvc and card expiry properly filled in ?

I am frightened to change themes for fear it will mess up my site. ??

The cart works for checking out with Stripe using twentyfifteen. No error messages and sale went through.

so either communicate to avada theme developer or send me theme so i can try to debug the theme this is issue because of woocommerce templates are overridden in avada theme that is causing sending of blank tokens to payment gateway file resulting in no tokens received and causing that message
