Change the URL from a disabled plugin

Hello to evreyone

I have some problem with my blog, i had some plugin installed and now i like to disable or change the category in the plugin down there you can check on what i mean from the url and you need the find the place where is saying you may like this and finger up before the words.

Please someone can help me.
