  • At the bottom of my posts the general public sees the phrase “You must be logged in to post a comment.”
    I have tried both disqus and intensedebate plugins and the straight up wordpress comment settings. I have the box unselected that says “Users must be registered and logged in to comment”
    None of this changes things. there is a lack of general comment login form only a login that directs you to the WordPress Dashboard.
    I can see a comment box when I am on the screen logged in.

    I would like to enable users to leave comments without signing up – it does put people off. It already has.
    Is there something I am missing, something I need to do. I am very new to this and utterly hopeless with any kind of coding. I wouldn’t know where to put any kind of code at all unless it was spelled out to me. I built the page using the image of it.
    Please help
