You must be logged in to post a comment redirect

The “You must be logged in to post a comment.” appears at the bottom of pages. I am trying to fix the redirect on it to go to the front end page I made instead of the wp-login page. The site isladyeuphei.com

I have checked in the comments.php, all the content.php’s and some of the jet pack stuff. I would also really like to be able to make this redirect happen in a child theme. I also really hope that there is some option I over looked where I can type this in the dashboard. I am using the twenty twelve theme.
