    Hi @ferreidea,

Thanks for getting in touch about this billing warning.

I have addressed this directly in the FAQ and in this forum on a few occasions.

Please follow the instructions offered – go to the Google Cloud Billing to add a card. Once added, you’ll receive a substantial allowance to make requests through then Places API. Using just this plugin, you’ll never hit the billable limit.

I recommend checking the FAQ on how to restrict the daily requests to 100 – just for your piece of mind. However, this plugin is very light on requests and will usually make a couple requests per day (if set to Daily updates).

    I hope this helps!

Any questions, please do write a reply. ??

@ferreidea Did you recently add this? Sometimes it takes a few hours to propagate – using the “Clear Cache” button in the Advanced tab will refresh the data for you.

If you continue to experience problems, please contact me directly on: wordpress dash plugins at designextreme dot com.

Ye, I have added this this morning (5 hours ago)

I have used the advanced “clear cache” button but issues still persist

Is it normal or what we have to do to solve the issue?

    Kind regards

@ferreidea This is not that usual, but I have heard of a delay before. Please drop me an email and I’ll see what else could be causing this error to persist. Thank you.

@designextreme after a day since I have reported the issue the error is still appearing, is not a issue of propagation.

How can we solve the issue, could you help us?

    Kind regards

@ferreidea And just to point out, that Google Ads and Google Cloud billing need to be connected individually. Having one active does not imply the other.

    Hi1

After hours and hours of hard work I have solved the issue…but it only shows our 5 first reviews of google my bussines….how we can show more reviews by the shortcode?

    Kind regards

    (@designextreme)

@ferreidea I am glad that you’ve resolved the issue – could you share what you found to resolve this error?

With regards to the 5 most relevant reviews – this is covered in the plugin FAQ and in this forum.

The Places API only returns the 5 most relevant reviews at any one time. Over time, this will change and you’ll get more reviews in your library.

Please check the FAQ for more details – including using the HTML Import functionality.
