    There is 7 different ways to reset your password: https://codex.www.ads-software.com/Resetting_Your_Password

    Or you can disable the Wordfence Security plugin ??

    I changed my admin email a couple of weeks ago and when I try to put that email into the reset password page It says “invalid username or email”

    And when I try to reset the password with the email address the message from OP is sent to my email.

    Try username then (admin for example).

    I tried that and it sent an email but I did not receive an email. I am on the email address the admin login uses.

    Okay, try to disable security plugin or change password via phpMyAdmin for example. It’s fast and simple way.
