• Ex WordPress dev here, came back after many, many years to create a bespoke template, started the contact page, had a quick look to see what’s new, I’ve read a quick article from their site comparing this plugin with CF7, slagging off CF7 as it’s this and that, etc, I gave it a try.

But really, it seems to me I can’t have a phone field in the free version? =))

Waste of my damn time. No, thanks. Uninstalled, CF7, here I come.

@carlozdre I have removed the link and tags your review and flagged your account temporarily. Name calling isn’t permitted here and using tags like “slander crap” will get your account into trouble here.

Very diligent of you. Fair enough. The review is accurate though and reflects my experience with the aforementioned plugin.

    Hi Chris,

I’m sorry to hear that our free version doesn’t seem to provide all of the options you’re looking for. We believe that WPForms Lite contains all of the functionality that most users need to create contact forms on their site, plus lots of flexibility. However, it’s true that our paid version includes access to many additional fields intended for more specific types of input.

We hope that you might give our forms another shot down the road!
