    Hi there!

    It has been more than a month since I had activated Mailpoet, but now that I have started writing again on my website, I found that there’s only one Mailpoet plugin as compared to the last time when I saw it. There were 2 plugins and now there’s only one.
    I wanted to use it but it came with the following error: You need to have MailPoet version 3.56 or higher activated before using this version of MailPoet Premium.

    I tried installing the above-mentioned app but to no avail.

    Any guidance would be much appreciated.

  • I have the same issue. Also I am not seeing any notification that a new version of the plug in is available on my site.

    How do we correct this and get it working correctly?

    Hi @anamikhsk,

    Please make sure to have both plugins (MailPoet 3 and MailPoet 3 Premium) installed, activated, and updated to the latest version.

    If you don’t see any updates available for them on the Plugins page, you can try to force the update to show up by going to the WordPress Dashboard > Updates and click on the “Check again” button.

    If it still doesn’t work, you must deactivate and delete your plugin in order to manually install the new version. Don’t worry about that, deactivating and deleting the MailPoet plugin won’t make you lose any data.
