    Hi,

    I have purchased the Pro version of foobox and have submitted up to 5 support tickets but didn’t receive the reply of even one of them.

    Either your support form is not working or you guys have put a full stop this plugin. You are requested to please review your support system and reply to support requests related to Pro version.

    Hi Hamid,

    I just want to reach out and personally apologize for the delay in responding to your support requests. That was my responsibility at the time. Unfortunately I was very ill on the weekend and the start of this week and was not able to respond to support requests in a timely manner until Tuesday.
