You pay every few years over again!

    I paid premium. 2 years later you have to upgrade and pay again or its end of life even day say life time free updates.

    Hello: Sorry you are unpleased with easycart, but I feel this is somewhat of an unfair review.

    1. You must be on a 5 year old system that we had which was not our premium system we have today, but a standard edition software, built completely on a different system.

    2. Like all software, it will eventually reach End of Life as that system did. You can still continue to use it for life, we are just not required to keep doing updates… Just like Windows 97, 2000, XP, etc.

    3. We made a nice upgrade path for you to our newer systems which are the professional or premium edition, something we really didn’t have to do I guess, but only makes sense.

    You can reach out to us on our website anytime with the chat icon, but I do feel that a 1 star rating here on something that is older doesn’t really provide good practical review to users on our system.
