    Of course, you can set a reference user if you have more then one. There schould be one user which can access all the sites …

    i name my new site sample 1 and with the user name herb when its done i go to the settings and went to reference user it only shows one user the name herb. should i expect any other user?

    and when i go to the first site where i install the plug.in at very first time it also show only one user which names admin. and i change the language of the sample 1 site.

    still it gave me “You should define at least another blog in a different language in order to have some benefit from this plugin!”

    OK, just add herb to the first site (any role is fine) and set him as the reference user there. After that it will work.
