you tube to blog!

I am interested in putting video content on my blog. I’ve read that this can be done using you tube.
my blog is not hosted with word press, on the page on you tube which is where iM stuck I don’t no what to put in what field.?

you tube says WordPress Self-Hosted: Requires an API key and the API URL (https://your bog’s URL/xmlrpc.php).

it then asks for user name and password.

I’ve tried every thing but carnt get it to work any idea’s?
