It means your subscription is still pending approval, regardless of having your email address authorized or not.

Once you subscribe to a MailPoet sending plan, you’ll see a survey on your MailPoet 3 account with 3 questions to be answered.

Can you please confirm you have answered the survey in order to get your subscription reviewed by our team and manually approved?

If so, please let us know what is your website’s domain so we can check your account.

I can confirm your subscription was approved 4h ago.

If you’re still seeing the message about the pending subscription, please go to the MailPoet’s Settings > Key Activation tab and click on the “Verify” button again to update the status of the subscription.
