"Your address could not be verified."

  • I’ve got the plugin installed and everything seems to be working until you click the verification link included in the email. When you click the link the user is told:

    “Your address could not be verified. – Return to the homepage”

    Is there something that might be causing it not to work? The install and setup was flawless so I’m a bit confused to hit the error. I figured when I saw the message in my inbox that I was golden!

    Do you use “pretty” permalinks?
    If not: what webserver do you use?
    Can you give me the URL of your blog so I can have a look at the site myself for any pointers?

    The update to 0.4.1 which I just posted might also fix things for you! Please note that when you run the update the old verification links sent to commenters before the update will still not work. Sorry about this.
