your admin CSS is affecting all installed plugins

Unfortunately code above still contains things like

.form-table th{width:40%!important}
.form-table th{font-size:12px}

which overrides the WordPress defaults for all plugins.

To avoid this conflict, you can add .apptha_gallery in front of .form-table.

For example, replace the following code

.form-table th{width:40%!important}
.form-table th{font-size:12px}

with the below code.

.apptha_gallery .form-table th{width:40%!important}
.apptha_gallery .form-table th{font-size:12px}

Can you please share the plugin names whichh conflict with WordPress Video Gallery Plugin? So I can also check update the CSS in package also.
