    This is usually caused by a javascript error on the page, can you look at your console for any errors

    I am similar issue. It is happening to me on FF and Chrome on Windows 10.

    Your browser doesn’t have Flash, Silverlight or HTML5 support.

    but my upload forms don’t show. Just the message.

    I am using the latest versions so these should support HTML5 or at least HTML4

    This is caused by a javascript error on your page.

    !. Can you look at the console in your web browser to see if it reports any javascript errors on the page

    2. Can you enable wordpress debug mode to see if you have any php errors

    3. You can try disabling other plugins except this one, then enable the other one at a time until the error reappears, then you know which plugin is causing the error

    Same issue here, it happens when there are two or more instances of Adv Uploader field in the same form.
