Dear WooCommerce support,

My WooCommerce based store started to behave strangely. Here is the issue:

1. Some items, if you add them to cart, will redirect you to a cart page which says “You cart is currently empty” (check video n. 1)

2. If you add the same items (which previously didn’t work) while having another item(s) in the cart already, it suddenly works (check video n. 2)

3. The admin dashboard bar does not show up on the items which have this strange issue described in step 1 and 2. (check video n. 3)

I have tried the following:

1) Checked and purged site, server, CDN cache.
2) Turned off Varnish (server cache)
3) Cleared transients and other temp files through WooCommerce Tools panel.
4) Checked on various PC and phones.

It still does not work.

I am running on 3.9.2

Do you have an idea what is wrong here? Is it somehow WooCommerce related?

Hi @micwie

This kind of problem is usually caused by either a conflict with your theme or with another plugin.

The best way to determine this is to:
- Temporarily switch your theme to Storefront
- Disable all plugins except for WooCommerce
- Repeat the action that is causing the problem
If you’re not seeing the same problem after completing the conflict test, then you know the problem was with the plugins and/or theme you deactivated. To figure out which plugin is causing the problem, reactivate your other plugins one by one, testing after each, until you find the one causing conflict.
