I have no idea what to do. Please help! I’ve read some posts tying this issue to specific plugins, but none are listed here (from what I can see). Tbh, I wouldn’t know what to do anyway, since I don’t understand code etc.

The page I need help with: [log in to see the link]

  • Hi Alex,

    Who is hosting the website?

You may need to contact your hosting provider and ask them to update your PHP version.

If you have access to cPanel then you’ll be able to update the PHP yourself. Here is a guide to help with that.

    Hope this helps

It’s on Amazon AWS. Turns out their server won’t accept the updated WordPress software. But AWS is horrible for trying to update the PHP version.

However, thank you for your advice!

Hey @aabsalom, I just got this issue as well and I don’t have much experience with AWS – is there any chance you got this resolved and could point me in the right direction?

    Thanks!

    Hi @stephkennerson

It was way above my pay grade! This actually tipped us off WordPress and all its clunkyness and onto Squarespace….

Sorry not to be more helpful.
