Plugin code could not be loaded correctly and paused in recovery mode.

    A type error E_USER_ERROR occurred on a line in 25 the /home/*****/public_html/wp-content/plugins/svg-support/vendor/composer/platform_check.php. Error message: Composer detected issues in your platform: Your Composer dependencies require a PHP version ">= 7.0.0". You are running 5.6.40.

    Your plugin support says us that you support PHP 5.3 or higher, but as you see, now it’s not true. Needs to temporary deactivate your plugin because site can run only in safe mode with this error.
