    Hi,

    so i have this problem, i’m trying to import 469 mb everything goes fine, it’s imported, i get this window

    Your data has been imported successfuly!

    You need to perform two more steps:
    1. You must save your permalinks structure twice. Permalinks Settings (opens a new window)
    2. Review the plugin. (opens a new window)

    I go to save permalink but nothing is imported it’s clean wordpress installation as it was before import..

    What i’m doing wrong?

    I am sorry for the inconvenience.
    I have also replied to your support ticket asking to confirm if the file size shown on the Backups page of your exported site matches with the file you have downloaded.

    Well i did managed to fix it

    First attempt:
    -made an export/backup of site in localhost
    -changed permission on backup file i wanted to export 755
    -downloaded to PC using FTP
    -imported on live site option Import-file but i got same thing again.

    Second again:
    -uploaded file in your backup folder with FTP
    -imported on live site (option backup) and selected file that was uploaded with FTP
    -after import saved permalinks 2x and everything worked ??

    Importing site was actually faster with FTP

    Thank you so much for the update.
    Yes, uploading the file using FTP to the backup folder is much faster and more accurate.

    I am glad you were able to restore the site successfully.
