    Hello –

    We’ve been using your plugin in an outage notification form and it’s been working quite well for almost 2 years. However, we’ve noticed for the past couple of weeks that when we send a notification email using the form, we get the error “Your email action “Notification Email” has an invalid value for the “bcc” setting. Please check this setting and try again.” – The form still appears to send the mail.

    The way we have it setup is; There are two fields on the form or email – an “email” field and an optional “additional email” field in case we want to loop in another email alias to our notification. This is the value that we’ve been using for years in our form under email & actions > BCC =
    {field:email_1525651248380}; {field:additional_email_optional_1527189629529}

    This has worked without issue until just recently. Any advice on a quick fix?

    Thanks!

    Instead of using a semicolon between the merge tags, can you change it to a comma and a space between them (e.g.
    {field:email_1525651248380}, {field:additional_email_optional_1527189629529})
    Can you also confirm that your merge tags in the BCC field are correct.
    I hope this helps. Let me know if you have any questions.

    Sorry for the delayed response – I was on vacation.

    I changed the fields as you suggest. Example – {field:email_1525651248380}, {field:additional_email_optional_1527189629529} This didn’t seem to fix the issue.

    I still get the message “Your email action “Notification Email” has an invalid value for the “bcc” setting. Please check this setting and try again.” when submitting the form.

    Note – this worked for at least 2 years and nothing has changed in the configuration. Any advice?

    I fixed it. Apparently at some point the values for the fields changed. I confirmed the tag info was correct and used the comma/space as suggested. Looks like it’s working now. Thanks!
