    Hi Matthijs,

Can you please send us a short video showing how and when this is happening?

    Thank you,

Has this issue been resolved? I am having the same issue and not sure what’s causing it.

    Hi Jerrad,

We didn’t get any answer from Matthijs, so can you perhaps send us a short video showing how and when this is happening?

    Thank you,

I can’t get you a video right now, but I can tell you how I got it to work.

    – If I left the box “Put new Upload in Updated Folder” unchecked, then I got the error.

    – If I checked the box, then it worked.

    Thanks!

    Jerrad,

Can you please show us at least a screenshot of that box? It would also be useful if you could send us your site information (Tools > Site Health > Info).

    Thank you,

    Here’s a link to the screenshot. https://www.screencast.com/t/rQ9WfiLIP

    Hi Jerrad,

I can’t reproduce the issue, so I’m thinking there must be something wrong with that specific image. Can you try removing and reuploading your image, and then try to replace the image again?

    Thanks,

I just tried again and now it’s working.

I think my issue was the Accordions Pro plugin by PickPlugins was causing permissions errors. I was able to get the issue resolved with an update and now I can replace images with your plugin with zero problems no matter which option I choose on the screen.

Thanks for your support and patience!

Thanks as well for your confirmation @jjgleim!

I’ll go ahead and mark this thread as resolved.

    Dear @ideezo,

It looks like this message was caused by a conflict with another plugin, so maybe that’s your situation, too. In case you are still facing this issue, please get back to us with more details and we’ll look into it!

    Best regards,
    Pedro/ShortPixel
