Your homepage cannot be indexed by search engines. Not working with Page Builder

I am getting the message “Your homepage cannot be indexed by search engines. This is very bad for SEO and should be fixed.” also on my home page SEO content checker is not detecting key words. I am using the Tesseract 2 theme with the Beaver Page Builder and i’ve noticed that when i use the template ready built content boxes this happens, where as if I use the standard page text editor it works. Is there someway to fix this so I can use the page builder for all my pages and still use Yoast?
