    Your “Introducing NEW Post SMTP Mobile App” pop up appears on every backend page on our site and there’s no way to turn it off.

    I appreciate your need to advertise, but this is likely to irritate more than promote.

    Please consider turning it off in the next update?

    I hope you are doing well.

    The issue has been fixed in latest version of 2.7.3; please update the plugin, test it and let me know.

    We have already implemented the Close button in our banner. However, on a few websites, it was experiencing some issues. Our team has been diligently testing and addressing this problem, and I’m pleased to inform you that it has now been resolved.

    This banner still appears when I go to /wp-admin/admin.php?page=postman, even after dismissing it several times.

    Not as annoying as when it was appearing everywhere in the admin pages, but still not ideal.

    I hope you are doing well.

    Please create a new thread for this issue and share the Post SMTP Diagnostic test report on the new thread.

    Additionally, please make an attempt to clear your browser cache, website cache, and server cache. I’ve tested this on multiple sites, and the issue has not recurred.
