• A user can’t access to my site and receive this error Your Ip Address 0.0.0.0 has been blocked
I removed Wordfence and table data.
I installed also Wordfence assistance and remove data also from that plugin.

    But it doesn’t work.
    How can I resolve?

  • Hi @pandorina,

Can you cycle through the different options within Wordfence -> All Options -> How does Wordfence get its IPs, until Your ip with this setting matches your true IP?

Your true IP can be found by searching what is my ip on Google.

    Hi Dave,
My IP don’t have problems, but other users yes. This is my wordfence settings:
    How does Wordfence get IPs
Let Wordfence use the most secure method to get visitor IP addresses. Prevents spoofing and works with most sites. (Recommended).

I need to modify this? And how?

    Thanks

I’m really frustrated. I uninstalled Wordfence and with Wordfence assistant I deleted all the files. Nothing, some IPs still can’t get in. It’s crazy.
