Your key is not valid after update

    Hi Team,

    I started getting below errors on mailpoet settings page at my site sqlrelease.com after mailpoet update. I tried to verify it several times, but it did not work. Below are the error messages I am getting:

    Your key is not valid
    Your MailPoet Sending Service key is already used on another site
    Your Premium key is already used on another site

    Can you please help me to fix this issue?

    Hi @ergkranjan,

    You can only use one key per domain. If you have one key associated with one domain and want to use it on a different website, please follow these instructions: How to Change the Domain Associated with a key

    If the key is associated with a www domain and you’re no longer using www, you’ll also need to follow these steps to reset the key and associate with the correct URL.

    Hi Bruna,

    Thanks for the reply. But, I have changed nothing and this key was being used at my site for quite some time. It started showing this suddenly and now whenever I am clicking on validate, it is saying the same thing.
    I am confirming again that I have only one key and I have not made any change in the domain. Can you please help?

    Hi Gopal,

    Something may have changed if you’re seeing this message when trying to validate the key.

    Could you please follow these instructions from the article I shared with you and let me know it if works?
