Ok, I ended up canceling the subscription and obtaining a new one.
The new key got validated. Then I changed the sending method and the issue reoccurred.

On Settings > Key Activation it says:
    Your key is valid
MailPoet Sending Service is not active.
Your key is not valid for MailPoet Premium

I wanted to try again, canceled the second subscription, but now I can’t get another one because it says the account is limited to 2 free subscriptions ??

At this point, I have no idea what else to do. Can someone check the issue, please?

This has been resolved with support.

    Hi,
Great it was resolved, but you didn’t say how it was done! I have the same issue!!! Please tell me how support helped you

Or maybe support would be so kind as to write the answer themselves?

@peterstevens Support issued a new premium key for me, this has fixed the issue.
