Your key is not valid for MailPoet Premium

    Getting error with key from 0-1000 license. Regular and premium plugins installed and active – current versions. what’s wrong? Deactivate wordfence. Please help!

    Hi @maryrussell311,

    I see you have a Starter – 1,000 plan, and this plan doesn’t include the Premium features.

    Because of that, it’s expected that you’ll see the message saying your key is not valid for MailPoet Premium.

    If you have the Premium plugin installed due to previous licenses/plans, you’ll need to deactivate it. If you’d like to have access to the Premium features, you should look into a paid plan on our website.
