Your license did not assign to this domain

    We cannot get our license to deactivate on our development or live site. When we click the deactivate button we are receiving the message “Your license did not assign to this domain. Please check your license again.” Please advise on how to remedy this.

    Also, if you look on https://www.snapships.com/test-the-video/ you will see that the video in the main area on the left does not appear at all. When we try to click the “Play” button we get this error: “An error occurred. Please try again later. (Playback ID: Iwml9gEDi_qhEufg)”
