• So,
I had an issue a while ago where I could not authenticate my domain on mailpoet via woocommerce. I was advised to go directly to the website and do it via my account. It’s done and my domain shows as verified. However on my website I get this message. No message are being sent.
If I try and verify my domain. It shows green ticks next to everything, think click verify, it says domain not found.
    Please help?
    Thanks

    Hi there @goblindreamsuk,

I’ve been able to track down your account in our system.

Your domain does show as verified, but it looks like you are affected by a known issue with MailPoet where domains that are verified **using capital letters** do not match with the sending email address. This causes MailPoet to continue to mark your sending email address domain as unverified.

You will need to take the following steps:

    • go to?MailPoet.com
    • use the “Account” button in the top right to log in
    • click on the “My Sending Domains” tab in your account area
    • click on the existing mixed-case domain, and then click the “Delete” button to remove that domain
    • go back to the “My Sending Domains” tab and in the box to “Add domain” add the domain back, but this time all lowercase
    • update your DNS records for your domain –> changing the domain capitalization here will change the values to use for the required CNAME and TXT records, so please replace these on your domain
    • wait for verification – it can take up to 48 hours.

Please do let me know if you have any questions on this. This issue is currently known to our development team and is under review as a bug, but as it is still being triaged there is no set ETA for the fix at this time.
