Thank your providing great support and explanation. Finally i played a lot with settings and seems like Autoptimization was creating to many issues, so decided to remove Autoptimization for good !.

Sorry that the Autoptimize plugin did not suit your website. Optimisation plugins are never one-size-fits-all and many of the advanced options usually need further configuration to properly work with your particular WordPress setup.

On a positive note, Site Reviews v3.6.0 uses a new method of generating the inline script that no longer requires a specific load order. So while this doesn’t solve the other issues you were having, at least those type of optimisation plugins should no longer affect Site Reviews v3.6.0 and higher.

Your plugin works absolutely great ! I just need help add custom CSS to make font size small for rating and small star.

Hello, I have the same issue with stars not showing up on the submission form, so a review cannot be completed (I have it set to require the rating). However, I do not have the Autoptomize plugin installed.

This is strange – I just checked it again and the stars were there – now they are gone again.

EDIT: Also, when the stars were there, the little reCAPCHA icon appeared. Now both are gone.

@embrassezla You will need to disable the setting requiring only logged in users to submit a review, as I cannot see the problem otherwise.

Yes i hide the ratings with the shortcode. Now the new reviews(without star) are not showing in the list with the reviews.
Any ideas?

@slobo You will need to change the “Minimum Rating” option in the Block editor to “0”.

Or if using the shortcode: [site_reviews rating=0]
