    Hi,

    did you get the auto confirmation email from us confirming that we received your support ticket. We reply to tickets on a daily basis (mon-fri) so I believe this may be due to an email delivery issue.

    Can you please provide me with the email you used to submit your ticket so I can search our help desk and see if any ticket is submitted.

    I can assure you we reply to all tickets we receive and never ignore tickets.

    Hope to get this resolved so we can help you with your issue.

    No. No confirmation.

    The username I have is ‘arathra’ – you should have my email on file.

    So annoyed as this isn’t the first time my UM tickets have not been answered.

    Hi,

    I have searched our helpdesk and can see that a ticket was submitted regarding: I need to give some my members a “verified” status on the site. This was submitted on June 21st 4:58pm (our helpdesk time) and I replied to the ticket 8 mins after we received it.

    I think the issue must be with your email because you are using your own domain name so could be an issue with your email hosting server.

    Can you check your spam folder? And can you try submit a ticket with a gmail/outlook email so we can see if you receive replies using a different email.

    I’ve changed my user email to a gmail account now. Can you resend your response to the ticket now plz.
