Your Plugin breaks WP Customer Area Plugin when both activated

    Accordion Shortcode And Widget breaks another very popular plugin called WP Customer Area. With it being incompatible with WP Customer Area I have no choice but to not use your plugin until fixed, I would like to donate to your plugin if you can accomplish this.     Your plugin breaks WP Customer Area Plugin dashboard links (not clickable) if both plugins are activated at the same time. In other words if both plugin are installed and activated and you go to the WP Customer Area dashboard and try to click the link My Files, My Pages or My Account the links don’t work, nothing happens. If I deactivate Accordion Shortcode And Widget, the links in WP Customer Area work again as intended.

    Guys, like I said before, I love your plugin please fix this issue so I can install it once again and donate to the plugin.

    Hi,

    We have testing both plugin on our server and then we found that My Files, My Pages or My Account links are clickable when accordion plugin is activated.

    Check this screenshot.

    Try to both plugin delete and reinstalled again with latest version, because may be there it’s cache issue.

    Hi again, sorry I don’t think I gave you enough information. I sent you specifics to your email with the problem. The problem is on the actual website not the Admin WP Back-end. Let me know if you get my email. Thank you.

    Your fix worked thanks! There was an incompatibility issue with another plugin and the Author of the plugin fixed it right away so they both work flawlessly now, can’t say enough good things about the plugin and the Author!

    Hey there, I updated the plugin with your latest version but the fix you gave me is gone because you gave me a special version of your plugin with the fix, so when I update it is gone. If you remember it was a bootstrap problem,
    wp_enqueue_script(bootstrap???);

    Can you please tell me exactly how you fixed it the first time and what file you changed it in so I can do this myself every time I update? Or at least send me the corrected file? Thanks so much for the great plugin!

    Hello Grim,

    Download this bootstarp.js file.

    Now Open your plugin directory and then follow this path –

    accordion-shortcode-and-widget > js

    paste/replace your that file here.

    I was not able to download the file from that link you gave me because you have to keep the tab open in your browser for it to work.

    It is OK though because I still had a copy of the old bootstrap.js file you gave me and I used that one, I just needed the name of the file to transfer over to the updated install. Thank you for the quick response!
