your plugin cut me off from wp admin

    Hi,

    After last WP update I have critical error on my site, and I can not access WP-admin page.

    I removed plugin folder and advanced.cache.php. The only change is type of error in my log.

    Could you please tell me how to fix it? I see that more users experience this issue. Fortunately it was just one of my 3 sites (all using the same theme, server and w3tc)

    Can you please confirm if yo are using DB caching an which caching method you are using?

    Please manually delete the db.php from wp-content folder and let me know if the issue still persists,

    Hi,

    I don’t remember settings I think we used Redis. I removed db.php and now I have this error:

    “W3 Total Cache Error: some files appear to be missing or out of place. Please re-install plugin or remove /home/domain/domain/wp-content/object-cache.php.”

    Removed object.cache and I have access back. Is it safe now to re-install w3tc?

    Thank you for your feedback.

    If you have removed the W3TC completely, yes you can install the plugin now.

    If the W3TC is not removed, please re-activate it, and the drop-in files should be re-created.
