    Dear Sir,

I have tried your pluigin today, but it wont recognise the folder path for the upload folder created by Hide My WP plugin.

Is it possible for your team to help make it work with Hide My WP?

    I appreciate your support.

    Thanks

    Hello @daro2013,

    Thanks for your message.

In the plugin FAQ you have described how you can change directory paths. This is the only way to adapt the plugin to the modified WordPress configuration.

Please let me know if you managed to achieve this.

    Best,
    Mateusz

    Hi Sir,

    Thank you for prompt reply.

Your plugin has already worked for my website when testing it in gtmetrix.com

At present your plugin only converts images in WP media library? And what folder those converted images are stored?

    Thanks

@daro2013 Converted images are stored in the /uploads-webpc directory.

    Hi,

I cant see those images converted and store in /uploads-webpc/ folder; there are only two converted images which are named:

    webp-converter-for-media-test.png.webp
    webp-converter-for-media-test.png2.webp

Where all other converted images? I believe your plugin was not able to convert images in /uploads/ folder dud to its path being changed by Hide My WP plugin.

However, your plugin seems to reduce images on my website by almost half size which shown in gtmetrix.com?

Any idea where those converted images are stored?

    Thanks

@daro2013 Did you convert all the images?

    Thread Starter daro2013

    (@daro2013)

Yes, but it generated errors due to the plugin not recognising the image path created by Hide My WP. It is strange, all images are converted and their sizes are reduced by half according to gtmetrix, but not converted images are found in the folder you mentioned?

    Any advice?

    Thanks

Update: I can confirm that your plugin has not converted images on my website after I reinstalled the whole website with fresh installation of your plugin.

I ll read your FAQs to correct the image path.

@daro2013 My plugin is not fully compatible with Hide My WP plugin. This would require manual plug-in configuration. I have only one report on this topic – yours.

I have no way to customize my plugin with all other plugins as this would mean performance degradation for others. I hope that you understand me.

To sum up – at the moment I am not able to help you. I do not plan to add support for the Hide My WP plugin in the near future.

I have the same problem using Wp-hide, hopefully there will be a solution soon.

@alexynior Have you tried changing directory paths using the filters described in the plugin FAQ to match the directories created by Hide My WP?

I will try it with a test site, thank you
