    I was able to setup a survey, but no matter what button I click on for the results like “Export Submissions” or “Export to XLSX”, even the download button on a questions takes me to some Pro webpage: https://ays-pro.com/wordpress/survey-maker

    Are you saying you want people to pay you to be able to download the results? It’s doesn’t say that either in the plugin or on your webpage. I would never ever consider paying you to export the results, tjis is as basic a feature as could possibly exist, certainly not anything worth paying for. There are plenty of other options out there…
