The dropdown selection for “automated taxes” does not exist.

This is your instruction on Woocommerce.com: “With taxes enabled, go to WooCommerce > Settings > Tax, select “enable automated taxes” and Save Changes.”

It was there. It worked. It calculated all CA taxes. Now, it is not even there. The plugin is the latest. Woocommerce is the latest. Jetpack is connected as well as Woocommerce.com. I need this to be fixed ASAP per my customer’s demand.

    Hi @chengfucius,

I understand that you are not able to locate “Enable Automated Taxes” in WooCommerce services.

I tested it on my test site and could locate the “Enable Automated Taxes” in WooCommerce > Settings > Tax. Here is a screenshot for reference: https://d.pr/i/AfNPIK

If you are still not able to locate it under Tax. Could you please share a copy of your site’s System Status? You can find it via WooCommerce > Status.
Select “Get system report” and then “Copy for support”.? Once you’ve done that, paste it here in your response.

We haven’t heard back from you in a while, so I’m going to mark this as resolved – if you have any further questions, you can start a new thread.
