    Hi @benknaani,

    Greetings From WebToffee Support!

Thank you for reaching out to us regarding the issue you’ve experienced. We apologize for the delay in response. From what we understand, you’re seeking to display products not only from the parent category ‘Bell’ but also from its subcategories in the related products section. To achieve this, you can utilize a code snippet provided in an article, which you can access here. Simply copy the code snippet and paste it into your active theme’s functions.php file (accessible via WordPress Dashboard > Appearance > Theme Editor > functions.php). Alternatively, you can use a Code Snippet plugin to add the code for you.

Please let us know if you need further assistance or if you have any other questions. We’re here to help!

    Hi @benknaani,

Thanks for getting back to us. However, we’re sorry to hear that the code snippet also didn’t fix the issue you’ve experienced.

In order to further assist you with the issue, could you please provide us with the following information:

    1. A screenshot of the plugin’s main settings page and a screenshot of the custom related product settings you have configured in the product edit page: This will give us insight into your current configuration and help identify any potential issues.
    2. A screenshot of the category hierarchy of the Bell category.
    3. Your WooCommerce System Status report: You can access this report in WooCommerce by navigating to WooCommerce -> Status -> Get system status report. This will provide details about your site environment.

If you have any privacy concerns, you may securely share the required information through this link.

Once we have this information, we’ll be better equipped to assist you further.
