    … And your easy access to customer support is also not so easy. So, sorry to do this here, but water always runs to the lowest point.

    I’ve been using your premium updraft plugin for a few years now and was always happy. However for my latest migration, I think I dismissed approx 8 messages about RSS, newsletters and what not, during a simple install of your plugin and the connection to my google drive.

    I understand (aggressive) marketing, but I’m paying so I don’t have to see all those popups … I’d suggest reducing the verbosity in your next plugin release.

    It sounds though, like you unwittingly installed the free plugin… as UpdraftPlus Premium doesn’t include any up-sell notices. If you are seeing something, then please do post in one of the official channels, as www.ads-software.com rules don’t permit support for commercial products to be provided here (their decision, not ours, but we have to, and do, respect it).

    N.B. There haven’t been any new notices added for years, so, if you are now seeing something more than you used to see, that is also an indication that you’ve unwittingly installed the free version.
